• You will find spacious comfort as our only guests in our A/C 1090 sq ft guest suite. Enjoy the space yourselves or invite others to join you and use both bedrooms & share the bath. A 3rd bed is available.
• Our hillside home is designed to access the stunning lake view. We are a peaceful 1 acre rural retreat 10 minutes from Penticton & 15 from Naramata. Our home is settled into the natural landscape -eco friendly. Geothermal, recycling, H2O conservation...
• We are committed to making you feel at home! Comfy bathrobes, slippers, down duvets, fine linens, separate entry and pleasing lake views will be found. The private guest bath uses eco friendly products and sports a long soaker tub/shower combo.
• Gourmet breakfasts are served in our view-oriented main dining room. Gluten free and vegetarian breakfasts can be prepared. A microwave & outside grill + sink will help you prepare summer meals beside the hot tub.
• Reflect on the day under the stars in the hot tub or work out in our dedicated exercise room. Relax on the outside decks or in the lounge with electric fireplace, books, games & movies, complimentary internet,TV, fridge, microwave & filtered water.
• Convenient for exploration of the ecosystems of the dry BC Interior in summer or winter; 22 award-winning wineries stretch below us; bike & walking trails + fine restaurants are close by. Certified Backyard Habitat by Canadian Wildlife Federation.

Check In/Check Out : Check in 4:30 - 6 pm or by prior arrangement. Check out by 11am please.
Cancellation : Full refund with 14 days notice. An admin fee equal to a one night stay will be charged with less than 14 days notice if we can't re-book your room. 30 day period for Ironman.
Seasonal Information : Open ALL year. Peak season is May thru mid Oct. Minimum nights may apply in July & August or on holiday weekends.
