• Pricing per night per room $75.00, $80.00 with breakfast.
• Woodland setting located near the shores of Lake Simcoe where Cooks Bay meets Kempenfelt Bay, close to Big Bay Point Marina. A 5 min. walk to swim.
• We offer a comfortable, private setting in the woods. My heritage is Native American and you will find my home reflects that. We have a tipi for rent.
• There are two shared bathrooms. One with shower, one with jacuzzi bathtub. House is heated with wood & gas backup and central air.
• If you bring a pet, let me know ahead of time so arangements can be made accordingly.
• The house isn't childproof, so supervision by the parents is a must.
• Minutes to Barrie, shopping, restaurants, Barrie Molson Centre, Kempenfelt Centre, MacLaren Art Garry & Georgian Downs. Beaches, marinas, golf, fishing and more close by. Casino Rama, skiing and historical sites with 1-2 hours drive.

Check In/Check Out : Check In - after 6pm. / Check Out - by 11am. unless other arrangments are made in advance.
Cancellation : No Charge for cancellation if called 48 hours in advance of arrival time. A deposit of 50%(minimum) is needed to hold a room.
Seasonal Information : Open year round, 15 minutes to downtown Barrie.
