• $60 & $70 based on double occupancy, $ 15 for each additional person.
• The original Mowatt house was built in 1809. It was granted an innkeepers license in 1835 by Matthew Lord Aylmer, Governor in Chief of Upper and Lower Canada.
• The new house, built in 1897, has been operating as a tourist business, operated by the same family, since 1930.
• Nestled between the beautiful Chic Choc mountains and the tranquil Bay des Chaleur, we are close to golfing, hiking trails and salmon fishing on the Grand Cascapedia river.
• In the spring and autumn Canada and Snow geese use our fields as a resting place. Deer and a variety of birds enjoy the gardens.
• Snowmobilers are welcome and their vehicles can be sheltered.
• We are pleased to be able to speak with our guests in either English, French or German.
