• Pricing of $80 per night includes a cozy room with orthopaedic bed and our delicious specialty breakfast!. $20 for full pet B&B. $60 compassionate rate when visiting loved ones who are ill or staying as outpatient at the hospital.
• Whether in English, French or Italian, we do whatever we can to make you feel comfort and enjoyment: books & magazines, freshness, orthopedics, dryers, scissors, first-aid, combs, toiletries, Q-tips, nail sets.)
• Our delightful puppies have an added bonus -- they are non-allergenic. They welcome our guests. Guests enjoy sun, shade, breezes in privacy on our patio, where we enjoy our specialty breakfast, weather permitting.
• Enjoy an Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology by Lori. Ultimate relaxation and invigoration at the same time!
• Our networking with Tourism Hamilton/other B&B's/Hamilton Hotels and Royal Botanical Gardens proves of mutual benefit which we pass on to our guests.
• Our Specialty Breakfast includes a variety of delicious foods. You'll love the healthy ways we prepare eggs: pancakes, quiches, omelettes - Mmmmm! We often serve several-course breakfasts.

Check In/Check Out : Check-in is 5 p.m., and check-out by 11 a.m., however, let us know if there are special circumstances. Just ask and we'd be happy to accommodate, if at all possible.
Cancellation : A firm booking requires a deposit, 30% of your total invoice, payable either by bank draft or credit card number. In event of cancellation, we will apply your deposit to your next stay within the year.
