• Understated good taste & comfort along with touches of great art. The owner is an award winning designer & artist & has put together a piece of vacation perfection. Relax under century old trees & ocean breezes. An inspiring space for all ages.
• Both Cottage/Lofts have 14- foot ceilings, hardwood floors & garden views. Fully equipped kitchens, beautiful linens, firm, quality beds, cable TV, DVD, high-speed internet. Every detail has been arranged to ensure your physical & aesthetic comfort.
• COTTAGE/LOFT #1 sleeps 3. Gaze thru the original windowed 12-foot garage door to rainforest foliage. Relax at your private patio table or lounge on your chaises in the garden. The new soaker tub & slate floors add a touch of zen to the West Coast look
• COTTAGE/LOFT #2 sleeps 3. Sit & read in your Adirondack chairs or dine at your private patio in the wild side garden. The huge walk-in shower (large enough for 2) features stark white subway tiles.
• Breathtaking spot views of the ocean & mainland mountains can be seen while strolling around the flower filled garden or swinging under the wisteria covered Pergola. Within strolling distance to swimming, shopping, boating and restaurants.

Check In/Check Out : In @ 3:00 pm. Out @ 11:00 am.
Cancellation : A one night non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. 45 days prior to arrival date final payment is due and is not refundable unless we can rebook. If we can rebook, final payment will be returned but deposit is forfeited.
