The drive into Sunnyside is gorgeous. The deck provides a fantastic water view. One of the larger rooms with a private bathroom Room 2 is also a large queen room.

  • From $60-$85 (Prices include tax)
  • Come and relax in a serene atmosphere: hike, read, watch tv, listen to music, or barbeque on our deck with a beautiful water view.
  • Within 2 hrs. drive of Argentia (ferry to/from Nova Scotia), 2.5 hrs. from Fortune (ferry to/from St. Pierre and Miquelon) and 8 hrs. from Port aux Basques (ferry to/from Nova Scotia).
  • Many day trips are possible from the house. Explore The Heritage Run (Grand Bank, Marystown ...), The Discovery Trail (Trinity, Bonavista ...), and Terra Nova National Park.
  • We can supply information about nearby hikes (Center Hill Trail - 3 km from our home, Bordeaux Trail - 10 km away in Arnold's Cove, and many of the trails in Terra Nova Nat. Park - within an hour's drive).
  • Light suppers, cheese plates, and packed lunches availble upon request at an additional cost. Please prearrange suppers.
  • French is spoken on the premises.
