- This is an internationally acclaimed historical Acadian landmark hotel, built in 1891. It is still being operated by the 3rd and 4th generations of the Paulin Family. Property is rated Four Stars by Canada Select and AAA/CAA Official Appointment Approved.
- Located in the capital of L'Acadie, the hotel overlooks Baie des Chaleurs offering spectacular sunsets and a private beach. Over 5 swim-able saltwater beaches, 18 hole golf 5 to 25 min. away. Next to 130 km of biking/hiking trails. In-house Spa services.
- Quoted by Paris's Le Figaro Magazine, June 2004 as 'vrai cordon-bleu', the hotel offers licensed fine dining, with emphasis on fresh seafood caught daily from the bay and many local fresh ingredients, such as wild mushrooms and goat cheese.
- Dinner reservations required by noon each day. Reservations accepted b/w 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Room with Meal Plan available. Children under 12 eat for free. Two or more multiple night stays include special rates. Packages available year round.
- Choose from a variety of rooms, all offering special amenties: simple French Country Rooms , Waterfront Suites or Luxurious King Suites. All rooms are tastefully decorated, uncluttered and elegant, with period Acadian antiques original to the hotel.

Check In/Check Out : Check In is 4 pm and Check Out is 11 am. Special check times outside these hours can easily be arranged with advance notification. Front doors lock after 11 pm but registered guests have a keyed entrance.
Cancellation : 14 days advance notification. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the room unless we are able to re-book the room. If re-booking is possible, you will only be charged a $ 35.00 administration fee.
