  • This house was built in 1930 for Captain Abraham Miles, well-known schooner captain.
  • The name, Olde Oven, comes from its location above a hole in the cliff, known for many years by the local people, as the 'Old Oven.'
  • The house retains many of its of its original woodwork- hardwood floors and hardwood ceilings, pantry off kitchen.
  • The house has a patio overlooking the harbour.
  • The house is surrounded by beautiful hills which provide great hiking and berry picking.
