Cancellation : 50% deposit required when booking a week or more in advance. 50% of deposit refunded with more than 3 days notice. (less $25 fee) No refunds with less than 3 days notice.
Seasonal Information : Open May 15 thru Sept. 15. But we are flexible.. and may be able to accommodate you outside those dates.
