  • $90/ night/ single, $110/ night/ double occupancy, $20 extra for a third person. (Includes all taxes and a full breakfast.) Ferry and Toronto parking information provided.
  • Fully renovated ground floor bedroom with small refrigerator and private bathroom.
  • Private entrance from garden, with a private patio. Bicycles available for guests.
  • Cat free, smoke free room. Cot is available for a third person if necessary.
  • Breakfast options: on the balcony, patio (weather permitting), in house, or room.
  • Two minute walk from the ferry boat or to Ward's beach and boardwalk.
  • Surrounding Island parkland offers: paddling, roller blading, bird watching, cycling.

Policies

Check In/Check Out : Check in at 2pm. Check out at 11am, but flexible on this where possible.
Cancellation : Deposit is required with registration, balance is due upon departure. Two week notice of cancellation is required or deposit is forfeited. 'No shows' owe the full booking costs.
Seasonal Information : Open all year.

The Island Ferry terminal is at Bay St. and Queen's Quay, downtown Toronto.
