• If private bathroom is preferred, then only one bedroom will be rented out at the higher rate, with sole use of lower level guest suite. A perfect home away from home!

Cancellation : A cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to the equivalent of one night's stay. Long term stays require a 2 wk. cancellation notice. *This does not apply to CCTC families with special circumstances.
Seasonal Information : Open year round. Special rates available for groups, CCTC families, frequent visitors, and long term stays of 5 days or more. Monthly rates also available.
