Check In/Check Out : Check in 3 pm / Check out 12 noon ... or, by special arrangement.
Cancellation : 50% deposit required upon booking to hold reservation for weekly rentals. (One night's payment for shorter stays) 14 days notice for cancellation. Full deposit refund if studio is re-rented for that period, otherwise forfeit of 25% of deposit.
Seasonal Information : OPENING: JUNE 1st. 2008 - then, open ALL year!
